Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation Discovery Center is a community organization of America, located in Carlsbad, California. The lagoon is covered by 400 acer of area. It is home to a wide array of flora and fauna. Every year at our Discovery Center we organize programs dedicated to environmental education and outreach. We also host numerous public programs and other activities and events.
The Discovery Center is 3,800 sq. feet. At our center we can accommodate up to 200 of your guest comfortably. So if you are planning for a wedding or any event then visit our center. We provide all services and facilities you need like a kitchen and restrooms. Our location is covered by natural beauty which makes our venue even more unique and memorable.
Entire DC Building Rentals during open hours: Mon-Sat 7-4 and Sun 12-4 | $150 per hour, max 10 hours

A 9,800 sq. ft. open air venue, Carnitas' Snack Shack Embarcadero is the ultimate outdoor venue located on the waterfront in downtown San Diego. This upstairs space can hold anywhere from 60-80 people with flexible seating and table arrangement. The Cottage can accommodate up to 80 people in the chapel for the ceremony & on the patio for the reception. We also have a partner venue close by for receptions up to 125. The Cottage is available 7 days per week from 7 am to 10 pm. The patio is available for receptions and includes tables, chairs, music, event coordination, market umbrellas, patio heaters & table linens in a variety of colors.
