At Manoir de la Forêt, we provide an ideal year-round setting for retreats, meetings, conferences, wellness seminars and workshops. Located 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa/Gatineau, our 29 acre forest property offers peaceful surroundings for a perfect stress-free event. Our event coordinator will work with your organizer to plan out all the fine details including meeting room set-up, food and beverage requirements, on-site accommodation and scheduling of services and activities.

The venue is simply stunning with its rustic charm and perfect location. The staff is attentive and the venue planner is just impressive and very attentive to your needs. The hall was decorated with my items but they added their personal touches and suggestions that made everything come together and made the event magical and surreal. Ann and Sandy are wonderful people that are fun to work with, have experience and ideas to make every part of the day unforgettable. The venue has a caterer on hand to provide a warm meal brought at your table by staff. Throughout the meal, staff was coming around to replenish our glasses with wine (provided by me) or water. I provided the ingredients for an open bar and the venue provided the bartenders to tend to my guests. Like Ann and Sandy, the waiting staff was joyous, attentive and fun. If you are lucky enough to hold your event outside, the location is breathtaking. Take the time to walk to the end of the tail to a stunning view at the point, perfect for wedding photos.

The room was perfect- set up was conducive to talk and discussion.
The staff were welcoming, friendly, and took great care of the attendees.
The food was very good and plentiful.
