We don’t charge a rental fee for the space — you get it for free! Instead, we require a deposit, which you or your guests spend at the bar and on food or catering during the event.
For events on Fridays and Saturdays ending by 9 PM, or on any other day at any time, the deposit is just $500 for your entire event.
If you’d like to host a full evening event on Friday or Saturday (until 2 AM), the deposit is $1000.
You send the deposit when booking. If your guests spend the full amount (or more) at the bar, we refund it to you entirely. If the total is less than the deposit, we simply deduct the difference and return the remaining amount.
We offer a simple and flexible rental system for the main floor.
For events on any day except Friday or Saturday evenings, the rental fee is $500.
For full Friday or Saturday evenings (until 2 AM), the rental fee is $1000.

If your guests spend a total of over $5000 on food and drinks during your event, we’ll refund 100% of the rental fee — meaning you get the venue completely free.
