1?? Booking & Deposit
• Reservation Confirmation: To secure your event booking, a 50% deposit is required.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, debit/credit card, or e-transfer.
2?? Payment Terms
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and time for your event.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the event.
3?? Cancellation Policy
• 7-Day Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event date to receive a refund of the deposit. This policy ensures that pre-ordered food and preparation costs are covered.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4?? Changes & Modifications
• Menu Changes: Menu changes must be requested at least 7 days before the event date to account for food pre-orders.
• Guest Count: The final guest count must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the event.
5?? Event Duration
• Time Limit: Event duration is limited to the agreed-upon timeframe. Overtime may result in additional charges.
6?? Food & Beverage
• Outside Food & Drink: Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless previously discussed and approved.
• Custom Menu: Custom menus are available, and pricing may vary depending on the items selected.
7?? Venue Rules
• Respect for the Space: We ask that all guests treat the space with care and respect. Damage to the property may result in additional charges.
• Capacity: Maximum capacity is 10 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in event termination.
8?? Liability
• Damages: Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their guests during the event.
• Safety: Frida’s Coffee Home is not liable for any injuries sustained during the event.
9?? Additional Charges
• Setup & Cleaning Fee: A flat fee may be charged for event setup and cleanup services.
• Overtime: Overtime beyond the agreed event schedule may incur additional charges.
