From the moment I stepped foot on the property I felt connected. Old River Farms is a beautifully painted country landscape with a gorgeous ceremonial garden and haybarn. As much as I love the grounds, I love the Laniers even more. Susan is a pure hearted wonderful woman who makes sure her clients are satisfied and feel like family. She opened her home to us and was simply a joy to work with and be around. I not only had my wedding at Old River Farms but also held my baby shower in the haybarn as well. The Laniers were most accommodating with both my events and I would recommend them and their farm in a heartbeat!

From the moment we stepped on the property Miss Susan was so welcoming. She took us around the property showed us the ceremony garden and barn for the reception. She allows her brides to get ready in the upstairs of her actual house-which is perfect for pictures and has the best farmhouse feels. Miss Susan checks in multiple times to make sure everything is still on track, and will help any way she can! The venue is beautiful with the open fields, fresh landscaping at the ceremony gardens and the livestock around the property. Miss Susan and Dean even helped out with driving the golf cart when her nephew had to leave. They truly make your day special and make you feel like family!

Dean and Susan went above and beyond to make our Daughter’s wedding magical . All our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been too!! They were there for our every need before we even knew we needed it!!! I can’t recommend Old River Farms enough to have your wedding or event!!!
