The Parkside Lodge located at 84 Parkside Avenue (near the Buffalo Zoo) is home to Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy's administrative offices, the Delaware Park Golf Pro-shop and Resurgence in the Park. The rental space consists of our historic Great Room which has a maximum capacity of 50 people. Restroom facilities are available inside the building No outside alcohol is allowed. You may contact Resurgence Brewing Company to purchase a beer/liquor package. The Delaware Park Golf Course is open from late April – late October, there will be golfers in the immediate area. There are 12 square tables and 40 chairs available for use Some events may require city permits, depending on the size and type of event. The event organizer is responsible for securing all necessary permits.
