Venue rental includes the ceremony wedding garden, deck and dining room. We will set up chairs and an decorated archway for the wedding ceremony. The daily rate for the venue is $1,200 but in the event your guests book eight rooms are more at the inn, the fee will be reduced to $700.

Terms and Conditions
We require a deposit of $1000 to reserve your wedding date. The deposit is due within 10 days of receiving the contract and can be paid by credit card, check or cash. In the event you must cancel 60 days or more prior to the event, we will charge a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the event, there is a $300 cancellation fee applied. In the event you cancel 14 days or less, you will forfeit your entire deposit. If the inn is providing catering service, a guest count guarantee will be required 5 days prior to the event.
We will be happy to create a menu specifically for your wedding whether it be an elegant sit-down dinner, an abundant buffet or delicious passed hors d'oeuvres.

A guaranteed number of guests is required five days prior to your event .
We charge an 20% gratuity for our servers plus a 7% state tax.
At this time, we do not have a license to sell beer, wine or alcohol, however, you are welcome to bring these if you would like. There is a fee of $75 per hour for a bartender and set-ups which includes ice, glasses, sodas, juice and mixers.
