The method of payment accepted for the balance of the package (Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover, check, invoice) The date when the payment is due: 50% of payment is due at time of booking, remainder due 14 days before event. We also offer interest free payment plans. Cancellation Policy 1) Before Walkthrough: Payments up to 25% of the Agreement Total will be retained by Roots Colorado and rest of the payments (if applicable) shall be refunded in full. 2) After Walkthrough: a.but more than 15 calendar days before the event, payments up to 50% of the Agreement Total will be retained by Roots Colorado , and rest of the payments (if applicable) shall be refunded in full. b.but less than 15 calendar days before the even, 100% of the Agreement Total will be retained by Roots Colorado We suggest Client to buy event day insurance to deal with any unforeseen instances.
