When you rent our space you will be charged by the hour based on the size (number of people) of your event. Additional fees will be added for any services provided by Top Dog Staff. Specific services may be required for some events. Pricing for services will be established prior to the event. A 30 minute set up and break down timeframe will be added to all reservations at a cost of $50..
Our Group Event Area consists of a 50-foot by 35-foot arena with rubber flooring. Large windows. High ceilings. Well ventilated. It has an adjacent spacious lobby separated by a half wall which has restrooms and a small kitchen. There are both single door and garage door access to outdoor fenced yards of turfgrass or natural grass. Space rental can also include access to the 2-acre natural grass park.
