Terms and Conditions

$350.00 Deposit required to book the date of your event. You will receive this deposit back within 48 hours after your event if the following items from our final walk through are up to compliance. -All personal decor & party favors are removed & haven't caused any damage to the space. -Any leftover food & beverages are removed from coolers and refrigerators & taken home or thrown out. -No stains or spills have been left behind throughout and outside of the space. -All furniture is still intact & no broken items have been found. -All trash bags have been removed from each can and placed into the big construction bag provided by TBC Venues & left in the backroom. -All belongings have been taken with the party; no belongings left behind. -If the kitchen area was used, Sink and microwave are cleared of any leftover food items. -No major plumbing issues with bathrooms unless brought to TBC Venues attention.
