LPART LLC – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
• A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Zelle, Bank Transfer.
• Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.
2. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or letter).
• If cancelled:
• More than 30 days prior: Client forfeits deposit only.
• 15–30 days prior: 75% of total fee is due.
• Within 7 days of event: 100% of fee is due.
• No refunds for no-shows or unused time.
3. Rescheduling Policy
• One-time rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
• Reschedule is subject to availability.
• Deposit is transferable but not refundable.
4. Scope of Services
• Services rendered include photography, videography, editing, and related media services.
• Any additional services must be discussed and agreed to in writing prior to the event.
• Turnaround time for final content delivery is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on project size.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Client must provide a detailed schedule and key contact person for the event.
• Access to the venue must be granted with proper timing and permissions.
• Client is responsible for securing necessary permits, if required.
6. Image Rights & Usage
• LPART LLC retains the copyright of all images and video footage produced.
• Clients receive a license to use content for personal or promotional use.
• LPART LLC may use content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Liability
• LPART LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver content due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, technical issues, etc.).
• Maximum liability is limited to the total fee paid.
8. Special Offers
• Discounts or promotions must be applied before the final payment.
• Offers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined unless stated.
9. Agreement
By booking services with LPART LLC, the client agrees to all terms stated in this document.

?? Booking & Payment Terms
• A non-refundable retainer of 40% of the total package cost is required to secure your wedding date. No booking is confirmed without this retainer and a signed agreement.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date. If the final payment is not received by this date, LPART reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the retainer will be forfeited.
?? Accepted Payment Methods
• We accept the following forms of payment:
• Credit/Debit Card (via secure online invoice)
• Bank Transfer (ACH or wire)
• Business or personal check (must clear before final confirmation)
• Zelle or Venmo (only for retainer; limited to $1,000)
• All payments will be invoiced digitally for transparency and recordkeeping.
? Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the wedding date will result in a forfeiture of the retainer, but no further payment is required.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event will require 50% of the total package fee to be paid.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the wedding date will require 100% of the package total to be paid.
• If the client wishes to reschedule, LPART will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date within 12 months, subject to availability. The retainer will transfer once.
?? Special Offers & Discounts
• All special offers or discounts must be agreed upon in writing and included in your invoice. Verbal agreements are not binding.
• Discounted packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be paid in full at least 21 days before the wedding.
?? Delivery & Turnaround
• Final images will be delivered within 2–5 weeks depending on your selected package.
• Files are delivered via online gallery and/or USB as outlined in your package.
• Galleries remain live for 6 months; re-activation requests may incur a $30 fee.
?? Force Majeure
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, accidents, acts of nature), LPART will provide a comparable replacement photographer or issue a full refund of any payment made beyond the non-refundable retainer.
