Let's Be Artsy! is an open art space that hold events and classes. The space is full of art and can be open to accommodate a podium and chairs for 40 people or tables and chairs for 40 people. The space is well lit and has access to a restroom, a refrigerator, bar and other amenities. You rent the space for a meeting/event , 30-40 people with tables and chairs - 50 people without tables - includes what you need for a meeting/event, whiteboard and overhead projector if needed, $100 for 2 hrs. and $150 for 3 hours (includes 1/2 hour set up and cleanup before and after) - you are welcome to bring snacks - I also have light snacks and drinks for sale. (No outside wine allowed, must purchase from LBA) We have hot plates, bowls, serving dishes and silverware. The room has art and is designed as the studio. If you want to add decorations you are welcome to do that.
