I cannot even begin to describe what a great experience we had by holding our groups' event at the Knitting Factory. Patrice, their Special Events Coordinator, is amazing at her job and goes over and above in all she does. From the very beginning, she was attentive and quick to reply to e-mails, and very easy to converse with. She pays attention to details and has her clients best interests at heart. At first our organization thought the venue rental price was a bit high for our budget, but after I put eyes on the facilities and spoke with Patrice about the services the Knitting Factory could offer, I knew I wanted to make it work! I was looking to have an event where I, as the organizer, didn't have to set the tables and haul in all the decorations a few hours prior, and make sure the food was set out, etc etc. The amazing staff at the Knitting Factory took care of all of this!! I dropped off some additional decorations to personalize our tables a bit, but everythine was taken care of included. I echo other reviews of the Knitting Factory, that Patrice and everyone she works with, really just want their clients to be able to enjoy the event, rather than spend the night worrying about the details. And, that is exactly what I was able to do. Now, speaking of the details which were (virtually effortlessly) pre-coordinated with Patrice....the catering menu and staff were phenomenal. They have lots of options and were VERY willing to work with budgets. And, the food was delicious!!! That's a huge compliment when you are catering for a group of close to 100 people! The DJ that was recommended was so GREAT!! And, for just saying "yes" without knowing anything about the DJ, I was a little hesitant. He kept us dancing non-stop for about 3 hours with music that was PERFECT for our group! Great recommendation! The sound system was great, and add in someone running the lights....what an extra benefit! The bar staff also mixed perfect drinks! All-in-all, our experience with the Knitting Factory, as an event venue, could not have been any better. I felt like we rented out the place and they threw US a party! It's one I will remember forever.

The level of service Patrice provided at Knitting Factory for my fiancé and I was unlike ANY of the other venues we visited in Boise. Believe me- I sat in on at least 6 or 7 tours and Katie must have gone to 4 others I couldn't attend because of work obligations. We were both amazed at the time Patrice spent with us from the initial meeting to executing our dream wedding reception. The entire staff was incredible and took care of everything- even a few things we completely overlooked. They took care of setting up and hung lights around the venue so the brides maids and both our moms could come in early to place finishing touches on tables and altar. Katie was extremely relieved to have her focus on enjoy From start to finish, in personalizing our reception
