Incredible Wedding Venue! — An Eventective User from Fair Oaks, Texas

Fair Oaks Golf and Country Club was the ideal venue for our wedding. Very elegant with a slight rustic feel. The location was great only a half hour from the city. The country club is very scenic with countless places for ideal photos. The banquet hall was loved by all the guests, with ample space for everyone and for the dance floor. The venue wedding coordinator Kristie , was a pleasure to work with. She spent plenty of time ensuring that we were satisfied with everything every step along the way. She was quite professional and experienced which helped us create our vision of a perfect wedding. Everyone was quite personable and we felt our voices heard. The event went smoothly and we were able to stay on the predetermined schedule. The entire experimce from planning to day of the wedding was excellent and went just as planned thanks to the coordinated effort of the venue and our vendors. We searched for countless venues in and around the San Antonio are, and Fair Oaks Ranch was the perfect fit for us, and we highly recommend it.

Every detail spectacular — An Eventective User from Fair Oaks Ranch

Fair Oaks Ranch did an extraordinary job hosting my son’s party with 111 guests, including his High School friends and teachers. Every detail was spectacular because of working with Krystie McDougall. She went above and beyond in asking questions in the planning to help me think through details I hadn’t even considered and pointing me in the right direction. She is extraordinary with details and getting back with answers to questions. Her level of service is top shelf! When I might have gone off the rails with so much on my plate, she kept me focused and calm and was there to “hold my hand” so to speak. I loved her ideas and she was able to pull out my creative juices to enhance every detail of the party. One of my guests said to me, “this was better than my wedding!” I have heard from many of our guests how great the food was at the party, and I agree! The pasta station with the great attitude of the chef created the best ambiance and dining experience! I would have a party here again in a heartbeat, thanks to Krystie and the staff at Fair Oaks Ranch!

Live Oak Ballroom is so beautiful! — An Eventective User

We had our 40th High School Reunion at the Live Oak Ballroom. 90 alumni attended and it was the perfect size. The venue is beautiful and the alumni loved it! Service was excellent! Staff was very attentive.

Wedding Rehearsal Dinner — An Eventective User from San Antonio, Texas

We just had the most fabulous Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at the Fair Oaks Country Club. The entire wedding party was extremely pleased with the dinner. The room was perfect, just the right size for our party and easy to move about and visit. The sound system was great so all who spoke were heard very clearly. We had BBQ for dinner. It was AWESOME!! We had plenty of food and wine. The staff was very attentive and addressed all our needs. It was an incredible party. Special shout out to Christian, the Event Manager at Fair Oaks Country Club.

Our event at Fair Oaks exceeded my expectations. Christian was a delight to work with, the table settings and food presentation was not only attractively presented but was delicious. Nick, our ballroom floor manager was outstanding and was so accommodating in setting up an extra table so four late comers could sit together. We recently hosted an engagement party at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club. It was wonderful! Christian was very helpful and responsive (to my detail questions) during the entire planning process and accommodating our dietary restrictions. The staff, the day of, were pleasant, professional and equally responsive to all my request! The food was delicious! Guest are still talking about how good it was! We really appreciate the work they all did to make the evening run smoothly and be so fun!

Kendall County Women's Shelter Golf Classic — An Eventective User from Boerne

We had a golf tournament fundraiser for the Kendall County Women's Shelter on October 31st and we had the best experience with the Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club team! Christian was such a pleasure to work with, I cannot express how thankful I am for his help with the planning process as well as ensuring and executing a smooth event day! He was ready and available for any questions that came up and was extremely accommodating for the small things that arose day-of. The F&B team was friendly and present for any questions that we may have encountered. The Golf team was also helpful in getting the hole signs out to the Tee Boxes and ensuring the greens were nice and ready to go for our players! Overall, great event and we WILL be booking with Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club again next year!

Amazing venue and location! — An Eventective User from Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas

We chose FORCC as the location for our daughters Quinceanera due to the proximity and convenience for our family and it was the best decision. We had great support from Ray and Christian throughout the process and they provided exceptional support and were so helpful and responsive and helped our daughters dream Quince come to life. I can’t say enough about the delicious food that received rave reviews from our guests and the entire set up of the candy and s’mores tables as well as the bartenders services available. It was the best decision and we will definitely refer friends to this location for your future events!We had approx 130 guests, with DJ, photo booth etc. Also plenty of parking!

BEST GRADUATION PARTY EVER!! Christian helped me make my 17 year olds dreams come true. The food was phenomenal, DJ, photographer, balloon artist for the Cinderella themed cascade were all spot on perfect & above expectations. Having the flow from indoor to outdoor for teens & even some small kids made the party enjoyable for all 60 guests who were easily accommodated & all felt welcomed. I’ve heard back from so many guests that this was the best graduation party they have ever attended. kiddo turns 7! — An Eventective User from Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas

We have been members of FORCC for 3 years, but this was the first event we decided to have at the club. Our son really wanted a small, fun, pool party to celebrate turning 7 - and they delivered! We were just looking to accommodate about 20 people and needed to be flexible with numbers within reason (since anything with kiddos changes last minute quite often). I also wanted it to be as stress free as possible the day of party so I could actually enjoy the day with my son. Christian was extremely helpful while planning and in communication whenever I had a question or concern. We had more than enough food and drinks for everyone in attendance - pizza, fresh fruit cups, cupcakes. The unlimited slushee machine was a huge hit with everyone considering it was hot summer day in Texas!! They even had the foresight to add the extra lifeguard at the pool. I highly recommend FORCC for any kiddos birthday party.
