Mini was fantastic in helping us with the details of our celebration. She was accommodating and pleasant to work with. My daughter will be graduating in 2 years, and I am thinking of having her party here. The views are spectacular, and the ambiance of the deck and venue are amazing. We truly had a great time and would recommend this space to anyone who is looking to have an enjoyable time.

My wife and I had our wedding here during the height of Covid-19 in 2020. Despite all of the challenges we faced during the pandemic, Hauser Hill and their event coordinator were very supportive and helpful during the entire process. Going on three years later, my wife and I are still satisfied with our choice of venue. From the building itself, to the outstanding view and patio, it was a charming location worthy of any group event.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Hauser Hill Event Center and Mindi, the event coordinator. We live on the West coast but decided to have our summer wedding in PA so our friends and family didn’t have to travel. Mindi was responsive to my emails, easy to work with and made the planning stress-free. Hauser’s space is so beautiful you don’t need extra decorations, but the decorations Mindi provided were elegant. The view is absolutely stunning. Jack’s event room is the perfect space for a 50 person wedding. Our guests loved the view and the ability to roam inside or outside on the shaded terrace. We also really enjoyed the gorgeous stone house that was available before the wedding for us to get ready in. Look no further for your paradise wedding in Gettysburg apple country! It felt like the perfect destination wedding!

My husband and I had our reception at Hauser Hill at the end of October and we could not have found a more beautiful place for our big day! All of our guests were amazed by the gorgeous mountain views and the venue itself which has beautiful wood beams, a huge stone fireplace, and wraparound windows. The mountains had spectacular colors that came through perfectly for our photos. We were also stunned by the amazing 1800's newly updated guest house that we were able to use to get ready, again beautiful wood beams and stone that looked amazing in our photos! Mindi was also wonderful to work with, very flexible with what we envisioned and we were able to meet several times to go over details and drop off decorations. She gave us great recommendations about setting up and a timeline for the reception, and was on-site throughout the entire reception to help. She truly has a passion for what she does! Our day was so perfect, I highly recommend Hauser Hill for any event!

I had a. surprise 60th birthday party for my husband at Houser Hill Mindy was so accommodating the venue was beautiful and everybody had a great time

We were able to use both the indoor and outdoor spaces for shower activities. Mindi is so helpful and easy to work with! She really does pour herself into the venue. We used Biggerstaffs Catering, and they were just as amazing! If you are given the opportunity, use them when booking this venue!!

Family and close friends gathered at Hauser Hill to celebrate the Wedding Shower of our daughter and future son-in-law. Mindi was awesome to work with and Biggerstaff Catering offered an excellent bartender for the day. We do catering regularly and the ease of set with the help of Hauser Hill staff was perfect. Highly recommend this venue.

Hauser Hill Event Center was a great venue for our daughter’s wedding reception. The views are spectacular, the weather was perfect, the orchards and vineyards make a great backdrop for pictures, and the venue is isolated so you don’t have to worry about any interference from uninvited guests. Mindi was great to work with throughout the entire process. From the initial planning stages and working out all of the details, through the event itself, Mindi and her staff were amazing. They really helped us make our event even more memorable, if that is possible. Mindi is customer friendly and customer service oriented. She was very accommodating at every turn in the process. On the day of the event, everything went off without a hitch, and much of the thanks for that goes to Mindi and her staff. I will definitely recommend Mindi and Hauser Hill Event Center to anyone looking for an event venue in Adams County. Thanks again for everything!

After having to delay our wedding celebration in Connecticut to 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, we decided to still get married in 2020 and opted for a much smaller event with immediate family only (parents, siblings, niece/nephew, aunts, and uncles). Having grown up in nearby Gettysburg, getting married in Adams County was an option so we began looking at venues in the area. On the recommendation of my devoted mother and volunteer wedding planner for this impromptu event, we paid a visit to Hauser Hill. Upon taking a look at the incredible accommodations and feasting our eyes on the breathtaking view, we knew our search was over and set a date for late October. From that moment on, the amazing Mindi made it her mission to help us pull off the adapted wedding of our dreams, and that she did! Everything was perfect, from the ceremony set up all the way down to the tablecloths. She executed flawless coordination with all the vendors (florist, caterers, photographer) and met us at the venue multiple times so we could drop off supplies and arrange items for the reception. We couldn't have asked for a better person to make our vision a reality and are truly grateful for everything Mindi for us! On top of the amazing job done by Mindi and the Hauser Hill team, the foliage and scenery that the venue offers provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony and we now have absolutely amazing pictures to remember our special day! We highly recommend others entrusting their special event needs to Hauser Hill and couldn't imagine our wedding any other way now that they gave us our perfect day!

We held our small wedding here in early November, and it was breathtaking! The facility is gorgeous, and the staff was fantantic to work with. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!
