We offer several versatile venues to suit different event sizes. Options include the spacious Three Sisters Ballroom (ideal for larger celebrations and holiday parties), our cozy Foyer featuring a fireplace and patio views, and adjacent Salon spaces for more intimate gatherings.
The rental fee for the Three Sister's Ballroom is typically $1,000. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted at no additional cost.
Yes! For smaller gatherings like baby showers or intimate get-togethers, we offer our Foyer for $250 (plus a refundable $250 cleaning deposit). For additional space, you can add the adjacent Salon for $750. We also have a more private room that can accommodate 40 people for $400.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and coordinated in-house or through our designated partners. For larger room rentals, a private bartender can be provided to serve your guests.
Inclusions vary by space. Tables and chairs may need to be outsourced or coordinated separately. Please consult with our events team for details on your preferred space.
We maintain a very flexible catering policy. You are welcome to bring in outside food (including pizza) or hire your own catering company. Alternatively, you can coordinate food service through our designated catering partners or order directly from our event menus.

Yes, certain event space rentals require a refundable cleaning deposit (typically $250). This deposit is fully refundable after the event, provided the venue is returned in the clean and organized condition in which it was delivered.

These folks had a prompt answer for every question I asked. Our birthday party was a huge success and the setup of our space was seamless and thoughtful. They even put out a beautiful water dispenser because of the heat without any request. They went above and beyond!!
