We are a unique business that offers Event Space as well as five guest rooms at our Bed and Breakfast for overnight accommodations. Both the Event Center and the Bed and Breakfast are located on the same property and provide an intimate venue for hosting meetings, birthday and anniversary parties, showers, weddings, elopements, rehearsal dinners, baby and bridal showers, getting ready day events for brides, college graduation parties, reunions, etc as well as providing 5 overnight guest rooms.
Our events are rented for a maximum of 3 hours (wedding and receptions are 5) and must be completed by 10 pm. If you rent all five guest rooms in conjunction with event space, you may book until 11 pm for your three hour event. Weekend overnight stays require a two night minimum. You may add up to two additional hours to an event for a charge of $200 per hour, but the event must still conform to our end time of 10 pm.
Our Event Center can accommodate up to 50 guests. Something that distinguishes us from most venues in the area is that you can bring in your own food and alcohol. We are happy to recommend caterers if needed, but you are under no obligation.
Renting our Event Center also gives you access to our outside garden area with water features, gardens, deck, fire-pits, and patio areas. We offer a truly unique setting--you are not confined to one room or to the inside--your guests have the opportunity of mingling between both the inside and the outside.

Perfect venue for a wedding shower!!
The outside courtyard was the first welcoming oasis. Then separation of rooms allowed people to comfortably mingle from their tables to the banquet. The owner was incredibly supportive and friendly to work with. I highly recommend this venue
