A non-refundable retainer fee is required to hold the date of your event. No date is reserved until a non-refundable retainer is received. The Betrothed agree to pay an initial non-refundable retainer fee of 33% of their service price, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, upon execution of the Agreement. Additional charged for the Services may occur based on particular requested by the Betrothed. Such charges will be reviewed with the Betrothed before billing. The remaining balance is due no later than one month prior to the Event.
We focus on smaller-scale floral orders and budget under $3,000 for flowers. We would love to chat about your ideas if you need just a few bouquets and wearables or want minimal flowers in your reception. We also specialize in creating themed arrangements and decor, so if you have a crazy idea for table decor, let us know, and we can probably make it happen.

Your wedding coordination begins with signing your contract and through our shared professional planning software access. Your lead coordinator will help keep an eye on your progress, assist you in creating your timeline, reception floor plan, and ceremony procession order, send you task reminders, and offer advice & inspiration throughout your entire planning process. Couples will receive six (6) Zoom planning meetings to review your planning
progress and answer any questions and one (1) in-person detail meeting at the two-month mark.
Two months before your wedding, we take the lead and collaborate with your wedding vendor team to wrap up the details and create a personalized printable "wedding playbook" for your full wedding party. On your wedding day, we will ensure your timeline runs smoothly, set out your décor items, assist vendors with timeline and logistics questions, and ensure your wedding party and family can relax and enjoy the day.
Your Coordinator will run your rehearsal (up to an hour)
Your Coordinator and their assistant will oversee your wedding day (up to 10 hours.)

PLUS, up to three (3) additional meetings for when you are stumped, stressed, or need a "second opinion."

Our "Wedding Planning Lite" takes typical coordination one step further as Wendy, our lead planner, will guide you through every step of your planning process with checklists, design advice, floor plan creating and guest seating, as well as "Preferred Vendor Matching",?

Through our shared professional planning software access, we can help monitor your progress, send you reminders, answer questions, and offer advice throughout your entire planning process. Still looking for that perfect vendor in your budget, we can suggest some of the most amazing professionals in town, saving you hours of research. PLUS, Bi-monthly Zoom meetings (every two months) to keep you motivated and on track. Finally, you choose three (3) in-person “planning” appointments to be used for walk-throughs, vendor meetings, or whatever else you need, and a final in-person meeting to go over details two months before your wedding.

When You Need a "Planning Partner”
Our partial-planning package features our Complete Coordination and planning software in addition to up to eight personal consultations which can be used for vendor meetings, decor shopping, walk-throughs, tastings or whatever else you need during the planning process as well as our most popular planning services. Your wedding planner will lead your rehearsal for up to one hour and you planner and an assistant will be present on your wedding day for up to twelve hours.

Access to your coordinator begins when you sign your contract via email for questions and advice as you continue planning. With access to our planning software and a complimentary Zoom meeting to kick off your planning journey, Wendy will show how you can track your progress and manage RSVPs, seating, and your budget as you go forward and track your progress with two additional Zoom meetings to use as you like.
We will take the lead two months before your wedding to ensure your day goes
perfectly. To kick off your “two-month mark,” you will have a complimentary meeting with
your coordinator to review every detail of your wedding day. One-month prior to your
wedding day, your coordinator will collaborate with your vendors to make sure each one has
their timeline and information for the day.
Your coordinator will assist with your rehearsal (up to an hour.) On your wedding day (up to
8 hours) your lead coordinator and their assistant will be there to oversee the setup of your
the venue, ensure the ceremony runs smoothly, assist guests during the transition to the reception,
ensure your timeline is followed, and gather your décor and gifts to send home.

Additional fees for multiple event locations, guests over 150, tent or non-managed venue locations (outdoor parks, etc.), or more than 50 miles outside St Louis City.
