Life's Celebrations is a wedding officiant who can work with couples anywhere in the country. Our focus,however, is on the metropolitan areas of St Louis (St. Louis, Jefferson and St. Charles Counties) in Missouri and several counties in Southwestern Illinois including St. Clair, Madison, Jersey, Bond, Clinton, Monroe, Washington, Perry and Randolph counties.
