Yes, food and drinks from an outside vendor of your choice. and must be brought in and taken out after the event is over.
Alcohol may be permitted depending on your event and applicable requirements. Event hosts are responsible for following all applicable North Carolina laws and obtaining any required permits or insurance.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
The Vault does have tables and chairs available on-site for use during your event. Some of the furniture, especially pieces on the patio, can be moved and rearranged to accommodate your event setup. We do not provide additional tables or chairs beyond what is already on-site. If you need additional seating or tables, you will be responsible for arranging and providing those rentals.
Start by contacting us with your preferred date, estimated guest count, event type, and desired rental time. We can then confirm availability, discuss your options, and prepare the agreement for your event.
Event insurance may be required depending on the type of event. We will let you know what documentation is needed when discussing your rental.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and popular event dates. Availability can change quickly.
Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a tour so you can see the space, patio, kitchen area, and available layouts in person.
The Vault does not include a private parking lot with event rentals. Guests can use available public parking throughout downtown Beaufort.
We offer flexible hourly rentals as well as event packages. Additional time can be added when available, so you can build a rental period that works for your event.Event access begins after 5:30 PM on weekdays. Weekend availability is more flexible. Your rental time should account for setup, the event itself, and cleanup.
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring and set up your own decorations to personalize the space for your special event.
