About The Howland Cultural Center

This Victorian building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, offers an impressive main hall that can seat 125 in a concert format including the second-level gallery, about 100 in a standing-room or dance format, and approximately 75 to 85 seated at tables. We do not cater food, but work with many local caterers and are open to new ones. It's a great party space and well-suited to small weddings, rehearsal dinners, day-after brunches, concerts, recitals, classes, workshops, conferences, fundraisers, memorial services and craft shows. The Howland Cultural Center has a very active program of art shows and performing arts, so availabilities are limited, but we will answer all inquiries.
