We will always attempt to make your experience as well as your quote as custom as possible. Once we have an initial consultation via phone or in person, we will provide you with a detailed event quote/agreement for your to look over.
Terms & Conditions
(Deposits) - In order to secure your event date and the services requested, Eastern Elite Decor LLC requires a deposit payment. If agreement is signed 30 days or more prior to their event, the client may secure their booking with a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of signing. The final payment is due on the day of setup (unless adjusted below). If the event occurs 29 days or less after contract signing, full payment is due. Each representative has until 30 days prior to the event to submit a confirmed notice of cancellation or request an agreement, service, and or itinerary revision.
(Outside Interference) By signing this agreement, all parties are aware that Eastern Elite Decor LLC Staff should be the only designers on site during the hours that design services are to be performed (Unless otherwise noted in advance on this agreement). Eastern Elite Decor LLC reserves the right to refuse assistance and or design adjustments from anyone other than Representative B or their primary event contact listed in the Event Confirmation section of this agreement.
(Termination Clause) - Both Representatives are fully aware that in the event of services not being rendered due to an act of god, (force majeure events) or or by acts of third parties (such as strikes, terrorist acts or government orders), this agreement and the terms associated will be terminated without further liability from either party. Eastern Elite Decor LLC is to return a percentage of payments made to date within 90 days of agreement termination. In the event of a contract termination, Please refer the refund terms below:
Termination of agreement within 60 days prior to the date the event services are to be rendered: 75% refund of payments made to date.
Termination of agreement that occurs within 59 days or less prior to the date that event services are to be rendered: 50% refund of payments made to date.
(Payments) All deposits made toward event services are non-refundable with the exception of the factors outlined in the Termination Clause or Eastern Elite Décor LLC failing to execute the contracted services due to unforeseen circumstances resulting in a cancellation from the company directly. All Final Payments are due 7 days prior to the original event date listed on this agreement (unless otherwise noted in the payment portion of this agreement.)
(Refunds) In the event that décor services are not completed on the day of the event due to a direct cancellation from Eastern Elite Decor LLC, Representative B will be entitled to a 100% refund of all payments made to date.
(Cancellations) In the event of a cancellation directly from or behalf of the client, we will strictly enforce the refund policy outlined below:
Notice of cancellation given within 60 days prior to the date the event services are to be rendered: 75% refund of payments made to date (excluding deposit).
Notice of cancellation given between 59 & 30 days prior to the date that event services are to be rendered: 50% refund (excluding deposit) .
For any notice of cancellation that is given within 29 days or less prior to the original date that event services are to be rendered, all payments made to-date are non-refundable. However; the date of service may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
