Hilton Garden Innhelped to make our party a success — An Eventective User from Baton Rouge, Louisiana

We recently held our parent's 50th anniversary party at Hilton Garden Inn. We chose the Hilton Garden Inn because it had a place for our guests to stay and enjoy themselves as well as a place for us to hold the anniversary party. They were able to book all of our guests in the same part of the hotel. They made a small mix up with our rooms but fixed it quickly and gave us complementary use of a smaller meeting room to be able to get together the day before for everyone to meet up and to finalize the plans for the party on the next day. The party menu was very good and had a good variety of foods as well as having special meals for our guest who were on a restricted diet and had special dietary needs. They were also able to make accommodations for our elderly and handicapped guests. They assigned us a special concierge to make sure that we had everything that we needed for the big day and also suggested activities for our guests in the days before the wedding. They also were able to recommend places for use to order decorations and other party supplies which were delivered the day of the party and their staff helped us to set up the room by giving us suggestions on what would work best. We were pleased with how our party turned out although it did end up costing more than we had planned on. But we all agreed that it was a small price to pay to celebrate out parent's 50th anniversary. We would definitely choose the Hilton Garden Inn again.
