Terms and Conditions

At Myx Lokal Studio, we aim to provide a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained space for all events. Please note the following terms and conditions for all events. **Alcohol Policy:** Hard liquor is prohibited; however, wine and beer are permitted. The Lessor is not responsible for any outcomes related to alcohol use by the Lessee or their guests during or after the event. **Smoking and Drug Policy:** Smoking and drug use of any kind are strictly prohibited in or around the studio and parking lot, as well as tampering with smoke detectors. **Littering and Loitering:** Littering and loitering in the building or parking lot are not allowed. Lessees are responsible for ensuring their guests remain inside the studio and adhere to this rule. **Cleaning Responsibilities:** The studio must be returned in the condition it was received. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the space is not properly cleaned after the event. **Decoration Policy:** The use of glitter, stickers, tape, confetti, pampas grass, open flames, or lit candles are strictly prohibited. Decorations may not be nailed, screwed, tacked, or taped to the walls, floors, or ceilings. Studio-provided decorations must remain intact unless otherwise agreed upon at least one week prior to the event. All balloon decorations must be destroyed and removed before leaving the premises, and any decorations left behind will result in a $100 cleaning fee. **Parking Regulations:** Guests must avoid parking in numbered spaces within the parking lot, with street parking available for attendees. **Music Policy:** DJs and loud music are not allowed on the premises. **Force Majeure Policy:** In cases of uncontrollable events such as natural disasters or pandemics, the affected party must notify the other party in writing, specifying the nature and duration of the event. If such an event continues for more than 15 days, either party may terminate the contract without liability, and deposits or fees will be refunded as outlined in the agreement. Both parties agree to minimize disruptions and resume obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
