Best Meeting Location in ATL - An Eventective User from Knoxville, TN

The group and meeting rooms at the Atlanta Hilton are superb. There is nothing more you could ask for. The meeting rooms are large and spacious and do not feel like a dark basement-as some ""upscale"" meeting rooms are. There are many configurations that the rooms can be arranged, leaving you with an endless array of options. The staff is wonderful and will never grumble or give you a hassle, even with the most tedious and strange requests. The staff really does put the customer first. They put themselves in your shoes and react to situations as if it mattered as much to them as it does you. Less than an hour before our meeting began, we realized that we had forgotten some things. Not only was the staff plentiful and immediately available, but they handled our needs extremely fast and effectively. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and service you receive. Both the conference ""table"" rooms and the large meeting rooms are decorated exquisitely and have extremely nice furniture-even the portable chairs brought in. Hilton also offers group discounts on rooms for those who are staying the night. During booking, the staff is not the easiest to coax a deal out of, but once you work with them long enough, they will give you deal. I would recommend to call the hotel directly and talk to the staff directly instead of trying to navigate the online booking website or calling the main Hilton number. I would recommend this meeting location for anyone whose number one concern is quality and consistency, sure you could find a cheaper place to hold your function, but would the drop in price be worth the drop in impression?
