PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Cash, Credit Cards, Cashiers Check PAYMENTS DUE: Deposits are dues within 10 days of executed contracts. Remaining Payments are due no later than 14 days prior to booked event. CANCELLATION POLICY: At Believe Music Hall, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your private event booking, please refer to the following policy: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 60-89 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event date will result in a full forfeiture of the deposit. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to be considered valid. Deposits are non-transferable. Any additional expenses incurred (e.g., rentals, staffing, or special orders) will also be billed if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event.
