Yes. Venue-approved security is required for events. Security needs are determined based on the event type, expected attendance, event hours, age restrictions, entertainment format, and overall scope. This helps ensure a safe and organized experience for guests, staff, vendors, and performers.
All outside vendors must be approved by the venue in advance. Vendor fees may apply depending on the type of vendor and event needs. Food and hookah vendors are provided in-house, and outside food or hookah vendors are not permitted unless approved in writing by the venue.
Yes. Layouts, seating, VIP sections, branding moments, step-and-repeats, photo areas, and select production elements can be customized based on the space booked and the needs of the event. Decorations are allowed with venue approval, but they cannot damage walls, floors, fixtures, furniture, or production equipment. Items such as confetti, glitter, open flames, hanging installations, or anything requiring special setup may need additional approval or may not be permitted.
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and begin the planning process. No refunds will be issued on deposits once paid. Once a date is held, the venue may turn away other potential bookings, so the deposit is not returned if the client cancels. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 10 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
