This package gives you lots of options because it includes 16 hrs for you to be in the studio - decorating, setting up, getting ready, giving speeches, getting hitched, eating, drinking, and dancing - but doesn’t come with much more.
This is the great a-la-carte option because you can pick the items that go with it from our list of
add-ons. Start with 10,000 square feet of blank canvas and go for it.
• Access to Stage 1 from 9a - 1am. That’s 16 hours.
• Storage from the business day before until the business day after. For a Saturday wedding, that
means you can store from Friday until Monday.
• Cafe Lights: 200 feet of string lights with cool retro bulbs that can be deployed in the studio’s rafters.

This package has it all - including the best name ever. We put together a list of the most favorite options and that’s how we made this package. If you don’t want to get a customized quote this should give you a good “almost everything” estimate. Included in The Rubber Ducky:
• Access to Stage 1 - the big 10,000 square feet one - from 9a - 1a and that totals 16 hours. Who does that?
• Access to Stage 3 - the 2500 square feet one with lotsa exposed brick a cozier feel. It’s directly connected to Stage 1
• Security guard for 7hrs. Uniformed and armed.
• Cleaning and damage deposit, which is refundable up to $500 if you do your own cleanup and you didn’t flip a table. Honestly though, no one wants to clean so we expect to do it.
• 25 60” round tables
• 4 96” rectangular tables (banquet)
• 3 bartops made from reclaimed wood
• 200 white resin chairs
• Trolley Lot for parking up to 50 cars near the front door.
• Quonset and its lot for parking more VIP cars and heavy unload docks for all your vendors trucks. There are some special details here. Love to have you in for a tour so we can explain.
• Parking attendant to babysit the cars.
• Storage from the business day before until the business day after. For a Saturday wedding, that
means you can store from Friday until Monday. This is such a big deal when it comes to the stress of getting everything in one place. Don’t overlook this one.
• A nifty team of Ambient staff to handle setting up and tearing down your furniture. And they will even handle the furniture move - if needed - between ceremony and reception. Careful, this does not mean they handle decorating tables. We are scared of touching decorations. Don’t want to make an angry bride, or worse, an angry florist. They have scissors.
• Cafe Lights: 200 feet of string lights with cool retro bulbs that can be deployed in the studio’s rafters.
• Starry Night (which is not a painting) is 492 kabillion tiny lights that are hung high in the rafters. And they really do look superfluous with the Cafe Lights (above).
• A big white curtain to divide Stage 1. Think about it: can’t have a “big reveal” moment without something to pull back, pull off, or pull open.
• Rubber Ducky, your very own bathtime buddy.
And then all the normal things you’d need but don’t always think of, like access to the kitchen and get-ready rooms, fully stocked restrooms, staff that works alongside the caterer of your choice on trash and logistics, use of our ladders, fans, and steamers. Our staff will be there the whole time,
helping wherever they can. You can bring your own caterer and your own adult beverages.
