The Perfect Meeting In Midtown, An Eventective User from Atlanta, Georgia

The meeting venue was the best at AMA Conference Center. My employer prides themselves on being a team and this venue gave them the team atmosphere that they needed. They venue was spacious and clean with little noise and no interruptions. The chairs were a little cramped, but they offered free projectors and pc service and that allowed the boss to save money. That was the goal of the meeting was to save money for the customers, but still over outstanding service. We had plenty of space for our meeting material. I was surprised that the view was not distracting either. We were in a room that we were able to focus on the meeting at hand. My boss did the presentation in person even though they had video conferencing available. The room was able to accommodate the 150 people from the company that showed up. Again the floor plans were spacious and clean. They even had audio-visual equipment and personal laptops weren't needed unless you just wanted to bring your own. Personal laptops were permitted and they supplied water and napkins for the people that were at the meetings. They even supplied the name tags and parking was not necessary because they offered a shuttle back to the hotel room. The meeting lasted for 2 days and they were able to accommodate us for the entire duration of the training seminar. They even served lunch after the meeting and the food was great. We had a buffet style setting and the next day they offered a lunch in boxes. I liked it because they even had a small appetizer available before lunch. We were able to get a light snack.


Professional Conference Center, An Eventective User from Atlanta Georgia

I have everything good to say about this location. I stayed here while attending a convention and I spent most of my time having a blast. The layout of the conference center is very easy to follow and very clean. The rooms were spacious and I couldn't believe how excellent the staff was. The food was very good. It seemed like they took their time to freshly prepare everything from scratch. This wasn't your typical elementary school cafeteria food. The whole building itself is beautifully put together and there is no better place in Atlanta to hold a conference!
