Cancellation policy: if cancellation is received 4 or more days before the date of arrival, a $25 fee Cancellations within 3 days will forfeit 50% of the total reservation Method of payment accepted for the balance of the package: (credit card, check, invoice) Payment is due day of the reservation No smoking or vaping in venue No reservations after 10 pm Standard cleaning fee: $15 Deep cleaning fee: $45 (if big messes are left behind) Deposit for venue: $50-$100 If you are looking to host an event with a guest list that exceeds our maximum a new rate can be worked out with the manager.
