About WoodStock Stables

WoodStock Stables, located centrally in Apopka, Florida (northwest Orange County, Florida), offers Frugal Barn Weddings, a reasonably priced alternative to all other Farm/Barn wedding venues. We offer services for small rehearsal dinners, the ceremony and the reception, including a Bridal Suite for the bride (and bridesmaids) to dress/do their make-up, etc. The Bridal Suite also offers facilities for event caterers with a fully functional kitchen and two restrooms for the comfort of the wedding party and all guests. WoodStock Stables is located in "civilization" and not in the "boondocks" as are many other farm/barn wedding venue sites, so if you need to shop at a nearby Wal-Mart or grocery for needed items for your Event, that is available. We also offer a unique feature (at NO EXTRA CHARGE) you will not find anywhere else: the use of our trained livestock for the ceremony, reception, or for photo-ops during the Event which includes a handler for the animal(s). The bride can ride into the ceremony area on one of our horses, or one of our sheep or our pony can act as a ring bearer in the ceremony, for example. We can outfit our farm cart for kids' hay rides, as well, to keep the little ones entertained. We have 3-5 large areas for outdoor set-up for the ceremony and reception or the Bridal Suite can be used for more intimate events. FREE outdoor photo booth, FREE outdoor lighting after dark, FREE use of our outdoor sound system including use of our Bluetooth receiver to play your own playlists, FREE parking, FREE use of our indoor building/full kitchen/sternos and FREE petting zoo/riding session which includes FREE drinks (bottled water and juice boxes for the kids) and pre-packaged chips and cookies. Wedding rates are $200.00 per hour for the first 4 hours and drop down to $50.00 per hour for each additional hour. Parties/other events are rated at $300.00 for the first 2 hours and then $50.00 per hour for each additional hour. Bounce houses, tents and dance floors can be rented for use onsite. We also offer discounted rates on still photography and videography, so don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
