We have professional bartenders and servers that will do all the work. My clients provide their food and liquor and it is a lot less expensive. We arrive 30 minutes to one hour before the guests arrive. We will set up the buffet, heat up appetizers, portion control on the buffet line, replenish and most of all keep everything clean throughout the reception or party. We always have 1 server and 1 bartender for parties under 75 guests, using nice plastic plates. When client is using china and glassware we always need more servers for the event.
