Viking Hall offers a great space for a variety of venues including seminars, meetings, weddings, dinners, graduation ceremonies, and Celebration of Life. The main hall is 50'X60' and accommodates 160 guests seated. Rentals include tables, chairs, optional stage, and more. Features include generous picture windows facing the Chugach Mountains, hardwood floors, large stone fireplace, and ample parking. There is an Arctic entrance, Foyer, and separate large coat closet. The commercial style kitchen (30'X16') makes it easy for either self-catered or professionally catered events. We have two ovens, huge refrigerator, and two 100-cup coffee makers. We also have equipment available for rentals such as a presentation screen, HDMI TV, and sound system, microphone, and podium. Viking Hall is a flexible meeting space for your venue. The new building at A Street and 64th Avenue conveniently located off of C Street and Dowling, we are able to accommodate up to 115 people. Our modern building offers a beautiful creek side setting for a multitude of functions. Designed to be a functional, state of the art multi-tenant building, it features a large rentable Conference Center on the first floor. Convenient, free on-site parking for tenants and guests. We have a catering kitchen, you can supply your own food, contact a caterer of your choice or leave it all in our hands we can take care of all the details. We are able to accommodate guest functions on any day and time. Included with your rental are coffee/tea/water service, access to the catering kitchen, Wi-Fi, teleconference capability, projector/screens, and whiteboard/markers.
