The new building at A Street and 64th Avenue conveniently located off of C Street and Dowling, we are able to accommodate up to 115 people. Our modern building offers a beautiful creek side setting for a multitude of functions. Designed to be a functional, state of the art multi-tenant building, it features a large rentable Conference Center on the first floor. Convenient, free on-site parking for tenants and guests. We have a catering kitchen, you can supply your own food, contact a caterer of your choice or leave it all in our hands we can take care of all the details. We are able to accommodate guest functions on any day and time. Included with your rental are coffee/tea/water service, access to the catering kitchen, Wi-Fi, teleconference capability, projector/screens, and whiteboard/markers.

Second Star is a 17,000-square-foot home which is situated on 3.5 acres of oceanfront property overlooking the incomparable Kachemak Bay in the North Pacific Ocean. Eight luxurious bedroom suites, each with its own elegant theme, can accommodate up to 30 overnight guests. Additional amenities include an indoor pool, massage room, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, spacious gourmet kitchen, formal dining table for twelve, library, three fireplaces, game room, theatre room, and a 3,000-foot wraparound deck complete with an outdoor fireplace & pizza oven, direct beach access, and a 2,000 square foot replica of Never land itself. It is the ideal location for a spectacular destination wedding. Practically a palace, there are eight luxury suites, housing 30 of your closest family and friends. Hold your wedding ceremony on the 3,000-square-foot wraparound deck overlooking the incomparably beautiful Kachemak Bay.
