The new building at A Street and 64th Avenue conveniently located off of C Street and Dowling, we are able to accommodate up to 115 people. Our modern building offers a beautiful creek side setting for a multitude of functions. Designed to be a functional, state of the art multi-tenant building, it features a large rentable Conference Center on the first floor. Convenient, free on-site parking for tenants and guests. We have a catering kitchen, you can supply your own food, contact a caterer of your choice or leave it all in our hands we can take care of all the details. We are able to accommodate guest functions on any day and time. Included with your rental are coffee/tea/water service, access to the catering kitchen, Wi-Fi, teleconference capability, projector/screens, and whiteboard/markers.
