Heather was accommodating every step of the way, allowing my bridesmaids access to the venue for planning the decorations. On the day of, it rained so they moved everything inside and it all went smoothly. So happy we got married at Wisteria Gardens. I highly recommend it!

We held our annual company picnic at Wisteria Gardens. I cannot say enough how wonderful it was working with Heather and Mike. They were both so kind and welcoming. The venue was extremely clean and organized with so many amenities. Every need we had was met and then some! The grounds are beautiful and there was so much room for our employees to spread out, eat, play games or just sit back and relax.

Wisteria Garden was the perfect venue for our wedding! It was beautiful and spacious and set in the most gorgeous area (our family visiting Washington for the first time fell in love right away). We loved having the outdoor ceremony space and indoor reception, and of course the cows! Wisteria was exactly what we needed as a couple planning our wedding from out of state. Having all of the decor on site and included in the price was a game changer. Heather was so wonderful to work with. She was communicative, organized, kind, and helpful. We would absolutely recommend anyone should get married at this location.

Annual Company Summer Party — An Eventective User from Anacortes WA

Wisteria Gardens was a perfect venue for our summer company party! We were a little slow on our planning this year, so it caused us to look outside our beachy-box. And it was a VERY good thing! Nothing but compliments from all our employees & managers. We played yard games, had chilled beverages and delicious BBQ from Kelly's BBQ! I highly recommend Wisteria for your wedding or any event! Heather & Mike are very helpful & kind. We had over 100 people at our event and it worked perfect. So good, that we already booked Wisteria for our Winter party! :D

What a wonderful venue, and wonderful venue owners, from the moment my husband and I pulled into parking lot and saw the three cows and the building I knew I wanted to get married there. Heather is such a wonderful person, she made the whole experience smooth and swift, she was always available to answer our questions we had And was quick to have helpful suggestions when needed. Heather and her husband even help on pick up. They are so warm and kind that we had felt like we were part of there family when we were there. The venue itself was exactly what I pictured my wedding to be in, the fairy lights and the wood slabs. To the women changing room I honestly didn’t want to leave after the event was over. I had gotten so many compliments about the venue from our friends and family, when someone is getting married soon I am definitely going to recommend wisteria gardens to them!

An Actual Gem Outside Our Hometown! — An Eventective User from Anacortes, Wa

Heather and Mike have created such a fun, yet rustically chic venue for all events! The whole venue from the parking lot to the groom’s room was amazing. The venue was clean and well-kept, and Heather let us use our creativity to turn the space into the wedding of my dreams! Heather was an angel from the very beginning. She was willing to work with me on my venue budget to make sure we had the space for the length of time we needed without breaking the bank. The whole space was phenomenal, but the three cows sold me immediately! During the actual event, the guests could not get enough of the pumpkin patch, the flower garden, the bar silo, and the three fluffy cows that tried to steal the show during the ceremony. What I absolutely loved from the very beginning, besides my three new bovine best friends, was the transparency Heather and Mike offered us as we planned our event. They held open houses once a month so as we planned floor plans, catering, and decorations, we could visit the property to make appropriate adjustments. They have a ton of decorations and props available to use during the events and have a list of preferred venders if you’re like me and have no idea who to contact for things like a DJ, a bartender, or even hair & make-up! I could not have found a better venue or a better team to work with, and it all showed on my very special big day! Thank you so much Mike and Heather for everything!

We can’t recommend Wisteria Gardens enough for a wedding or event. Great location in Anacortes, beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces with unique features and picturesque, maintained gardens. The large wisteria plant is a gorgeous, grand backdrop for a ceremony alter, even when it is not in bloom! Heather was absolutely amazing and very helpful along the way.

Wisteria Gardens was a dream to work with! We started planning our wedding before the pandemic began. They were quick to respond, providing thorough responses to all my questions. Heather was very accommodating in taking time to measure tables, doors and floor space as I mapped out my wedding plan. She gave references for vendors and found names if she didn't have one for what I was needing. As the pandemic lingered on, Heather and Mike were very understanding and continued to roll with the changes. They not only were understanding but were encouraging and supportive throughout the constant struggle of navigating wedding planning through COVID-19. Location was perfect but I wasn't necessarily going for the barn feel. Heather worked with me on ways to give it a softer, more elegant feel. They have a myriad of wedding décor and are open to you using them in any creative way. Their tables, chairs and furniture are all top of line and of good quality. The outdoor portable heaters and firepit were going to be a saving grace for my large December wedding but unfortunately, I didn't get to use them since we had to cut our guest list to 30 people. The silo lounge also offered additional space for people to spread out and comfortably enjoy each others company., plus its just a cool, unique space! My husband is in LOVE with the log cabin where him and the groomsmen got ready. He said he might never come in the house if we had one on our property and that it gave just the right vibe to the guys for the day. I have worked as a Banquet/Event Coordinator and I will say Wisteria Gardens, Heather and Mike Carlson, are doing all the right things to to offer a beautiful, comfortable venue for whatever event you are planning. We are going to do a big reception once we are able to have a large group together, there isn't anywhere else we would consider to host our party!
