Chelsea S. Salters, a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina and founder of Thouearz in Alpharetta, Georgia. Chelsea expertise includes, but not limited to over a decade of business implementation, party and corporate event management. Chelsea achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology at Morris College in Sumter, South Carolina. She has obtained several national certifications and other professional training development tools. They are Results Oriented Management and Accountability Certification (ROMA), a National Peer to Peer ROMA Trainer and Certification Projects, and CHARACTER COUNTS, Character Development Instructor, from Joseph Institute. At age 10, her heart began a journey to understand abnormal individuals whom face challenges every day. Years of sweat and tears, she developed a chain that will change the minds of all forever. Driven by unexpected challenges, she has decided to establish her own venture within the disability entity. Numerous of heartbroken challenges and empowering accomplishments gave a platform no other has reached.
