We have built an eclectic, cozy and easily transformable space in the heart of Alameda. A space where the community gathers to share their passions, celebrations and interests. Perfect for a private dinner party, work presentation, birthday, pop-up market, baby shower, workshop, or concert - you name it! The main space and lounge are co-working areas by day and event space in the evenings/weekends. Whatever your idea is, we can make it happen!
The rental includes use of our gorgeous handmade wooden tables, 50 padded folding chairs, as well as modern lounge and patio furniture- which definitely saves you money on rentals.

The space is fully styled and all existing furniture and decor is included in your rental. We also have a selection of decor and add ons available. From florals, banners, and signage to barware and AV equipment. Please take a look at our add ons for more information.
You are free to bring in your own food and drinks or chose from one of our recommended caterers. We have an amazing network of local vendors. A surcharge of $125 will apply for events serving alcohol.
The rental includes the main space, lounge & patio with 80 person capacity.
For parties over 80 guests must add on the art gallery ($50/hr) to accommodate. Total capacity is 120 guests.
The conference room is also available as an add on for $35/hr.

While we love children, our space is not suitable for children's parties with the exception of 1st birthdays. Children between the ages of 2-9 are not permitted after 9pm.
