The rental fee for the entire space, indoors and outdoors, is $750. This is broken down as follows: $800 in wine, priced at the bottle cost minus a 20% discount. This is payable immediately prior to the commencement of your event. Any residual wine credit will be given to you as wine at the end of the evening. There will be no cash refunds. The entire space would be available for a 4 hour period. This includes a 30-minute set-up immediately prior to the start of the event and a 30-minute breakdown immediately after the event ends. Should your event extend beyond this time-frame, you will be charged $300 per hour at no less than 30-minute increments up to 12:00 AM.
