Siena Heights University offers several conference spaces. There are two smaller conference rooms in Dominican Hall that can be combined to accommodate 50-60 guests depending on set-up. Rental: $175 for each room.
The lobby area just outside of the conference rooms can accommodate 80 guests for a seated event and up to 100 for a standing reception. Rental: $200
Rueckert auditorium provides seating for up to 142 people and is wheelchair accessible. Rental: $600
The Community Room, located on the second floor of the McLaughlin University Center, will accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated event depending on set-up. Rental: $250
If you are considering an outdoor ceremony or reception, Trinity Garden is the perfect setting. Located just outside the front entrance of Benincasa Ballroom, Trinity Garden offers an intimate but flexible space framed with lovely Magnolia trees, flowering bushes, and vintage sculptures. The level ground provides a perfect foundation for a tent should you choose to have one for your event.

Clients describe our Benincasa Ballroom as elegant, featuring great architectural detail which compliments any style. There are many features included such as tables, chairs, and a built-in dancefloor. The maximum capacity of Benincasa is 250 depending on the type of set up you have in mind.
Terms and Conditions
A 20% down payment is required when the rental agreement is signed, and the balance of the rental must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event or the event will be subject to cancellation.
