We have a 9,750 +/- sq ft hangar with a temperature controlled 540 sq ft lobby containing two restrooms. Our space can also include 16,100 sq ft of ramp space, great for a partially outdoor event! With over 25,000 sq ft of usable space the opportunities are endless. Our lobby is located within the historic building at 4500 Westgrove Drive. We can host a wide variety of events from charity functions, weddings, company parties, photoshoots, vehicle grand reveals, small concerts, expos and more! Let your imagination run wild as this space is a blank canvas, so you can decorate and make it fit any theme or occasion. There is a huge hangar door what can be opened as much or as little as you prefer. Also, we have heaters in the hangar for cooler days. We also offer the unique opportunity for aircraft to be on display during your event. This space is located off a live taxi way so you can sometimes see the exhilarating take off and landing of private jets, aircraft and helicopters. Outside catering and other vendors are permitted. Tables, chairs, lighting and AV equipment are not included but can be provided for an additional fee.
