Our Place is unique, the outdoor build of it it does have a Spanish, Mediterranean style look to it.
It is surrounded by an embellishment of Beautiful Trees. Our Pool & Spa are wonderful to relax in.
We have been told by Everyone who has Reserved with us that It does have a very Serene, Calm or Majestic feeling to it. The overall outdoor Space is over 20,000 sq. ft and the indoor Space that you have access to is almost 3,000 sq. ft.
You will see in pictures our Space does have a variety of options of how you choose to use it.
To Reserve Our Space :
A Non- Refundable Minimum Security Deposit of $250 is Required.
A Non-Refundable Minimum Cleaning Fee of $300 is Required.
We do have a DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Caterer, Bartender, Revo-Spin 360, Etc.. Etc.. all available on-site for your convenience for Additional Costs.
PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST about all Insurance Requirements for Any & All Outside Vendor Companies that you the Renter would like to possibly Bring into our Space!

WE ARE NOT AN AIR B & B.. PLEASE BRING IN ALL OF YOUR OWN NECESSITIES & SUPPLIES!
MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM WILL BE ON-SITE DURING THE DURATION OF YOUR EVENT!
FOR BASIC RENTALS:
A $300.00 NON- REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE IS REQUIRED!
A $250 NON-REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT FEE IS REQUIRED!
PLEASE NOTE: THESE DEPOSITS MAY VARY IN PRICE DEPENDING ON THE RENTAL REQUESTS!
PAYMENT TERMS:

WE ALLOW FEES TO BE SPLIT INTO PAYMENTS - THE FIRST DOWN PAYMENT IS THE
NON-REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT & NON-REFUNDABLE THE CLEANING FEE!
2ND PAYMENT IS 50% OF THE RENTAL COST OF OUR SPACE IS REQUIRED 14 DAYS FROM THE RESERVATION DATE!
MONTHLY PAYMENTS WILL BE DUE UP UNTIL THE COMPLETION FOR THE RESERVATION (30 DAYS) BEFORE THE EVENT IS TO TAKE PLACE!
IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE COMPLETION OF THE PAYMENT (30 DAYS) BEFORE THE EVENT IS TO TAKE PLACE & UNLESS THERE HAS BEEN AN OFFICIAL AGREEMENT IN WRITING BEFOREHAND STATING THAT WE ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT THE BALANCE OF THE PAYMENT LESS THEN (30 DAYS) BEFORE THE BOOKING IS TO TAKE PLACE THEN WE DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE EVENT AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION (COMMUNICATION IS CRUCIAL).

WE WILL OFFER THE RENTER THE OPTION OF POSTPONING THEIR RESERVATION DAY & TIME & WE WILL TRANSFER ALL OF THE FEES IF THE BOOKING HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL TO THE NEW RESERVATION DATE OF THEIR CHOICE IF THE DATE IS AVAILABLE ON OUR CALENDAR OR WE WILL OFFER THE RENTER AN OPTION OF FUTURE DATES THAT WE DO HAVE AVAILABLE TO CHOOSE FROM!
AGAIN..ALL FEES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID ARE COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE!
WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WITHIN OUR POWER TO TRY & ACCOMMODATE THE RENTER!
READ IF SPACE CANCELLATION :
IF THERE IS ANY CANCELLATION ON ANY BOOKING RESERVATION FROM PROPERTY ISSUES OR EMERGENCY ISSUES DIRECTLY ON OUR PART WE WILL REFUND 100% OF THE ENTIRE FEES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL BY THE RENTER!
THIS DOES EXCLUDE WORLD GLOBAL OR GOVERNMENT CLOSURES - THOSE WOULD BE OUT OF OUR HANDS-(ANOTHER DATE OPTION WOULD THEN BE OFFERED).

ALL BEVERAGE DRINKS & OR FOOD MUST BE SERVED IN PLASTIC CUPS OR PLASTIC WARE!

BECAUSE WE DO LIVE IN A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY WE DO ASK THAT FOR PARKING CONVENIENCE TO HAVE AS MANY OF YOUR GUESTS UTILIZE
CARPOOL, RIDE-SHARE, UBER, LYFTS OR ADD ON OUR SHUTTLE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!
SOME EVENTS WE MAY REQUIRE SECURITY GUARDS, IT WILL BE UP TO OUR DISCRETION.
WE DO ASK IF YOU ARE USING OUR POOL/JACUZZI THAT YOU REMEMBER TO BRING TOWELS!
