Universal Party Management is providing our Valentine’s special for the entire month of February. Please see our packages below and call us to inquire about availability. All UPM clients who book during this month will enjoy these special savings even if the event is not this month.
Photo Booth: Platinum Packages (4 Hours) $650.00

Uplighting and Light Plates: 25 L.E.D. Uplights and 15 Centerpiece Light Plates $750.00

ü Uplighting will provide a color wash effect that will change boring venue walls into exciting color palettes. Create and ambiance and atmosphere that excites your guests with a feast of visual sensations. From soft and romantic, to vibrant and lively, a lighting scheme can be create to embody your personal tastes and preferences.
ü LED light plates for centerpieces makes it easy to add a special glow to your evening events, highlight your beautiful centerpieces adding a special touch to each.


D.O.C.: Day of Coordinator $550.00

The Day of Coordinator package is designed so that the bride, groom and their families can enjoy their special day without any worries. You will have the reassurance that an experience professional is taking care of each and every details to ensure that your big day goes exactly as you have planned! A Day of Coordinator will be there on the day of your special event to handle all vendors, keep everyone on time and most importantly make sure you are enjoying every moment of your big day.

ü Sets expectations with your budget based on your vision
ü Offer preferred vendor listing (i.e. floral, cake, photo, etc…)
ü Provide bride, groom and two guests with invitation to private tasting and vendor expo.
ü Assistance in scheduling catering consultation and confirmation payment schedule with caterer.
ü Create customizes floor plan.
ü Create timeline of events for vendors, bridal party, and ceremony and reception flow.
ü One week prior to event, call and confirm outside providers arrival times and setup details.
ü Coordinate and direct rehearsal and ceremony.
ü Welcome all guests and assists with directing late arrivals.
ü Manage reception floor and behind the scenes details during dinner and dancing.
ü During the reception, will load wedding gifts and inventory items (if not being used) into pre-designated vehicle.
ü Coordinate to go food for bride and groom departure vehicle.
ü Assist MC with coordination all guests to exit once event concludes for departure farewell.
ü Follow up with client post event (one week) to ensure client received all the belongings and proceed with closing file.
