We are looking at renting a venue for our holiday party, but want to bring in our own food, liquor and DJ. We want to keep the venue rental to $2000 or less. We would have a party size of 250-300...any suggestions???

Have you thought about the benefits of having entertainment in addition to your DJ? Entertainment accelerates the process of getting employees detached from their day-to-day routine, fully engaged in the moment, and connecting with each other and to the company’s message. The bottom line: entertainment increases impact." If you would like more information about our entertainment services you can email email@example.com and our website is www.charlespeachock.com
Most reputable places in the US will require a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for any offsite vendors providing services at their location so if your colleagues are planning on doing a "pot-luck"... the only places left would be a VFW hall. Alcohol is a touchy subject as well. Most places have liquor licenses in place and you are not permitted to bring alcohol in from the outside. Most of these guidelines are to protect three things: the event venue, the client booking and the guests attending. So keep that in mind when you are looking. I hope you find the right spot!
