You can start by checking our our party locations in Schaumburg, IL. You can use the filter functions on the left-side toolbar to refine your search.
If you are flexible and can go as far as Ingleside, Parkway by the Lake is a fantastic place that allows for space rental only, and have some fairly low-priced packages.

Check out your local churces or community centers, most of them have the space you need and are inexpensively priced.

Sarah's Seasonings has made custom water bottle wraps for Baby Showers very reasonable. You can find them at www.sarahs-seasonings.com.
