Is my $6000 wedding reception budget a dream or can I really pull this off elegantly/200 guest in Delaware?

My husband and I got married in October, something very small. Now we want to celebrate with our family. While his family is very small I come from a supersized family! We will have about 200 guest and picked a date of Jul 27 2013. No children, only ours and nieces and nephews so 95% adults. We dont drink so no bar is needed. We will probably have a toast of wine. No limo is required. I need a venue, food (buffet or served depending on price with appetizers), dj, decorations, no wedding cake a friend of mine is a baker, no formal wedding dress needed I'm going to get something cute and elegant for less than $300. Any suggestions....?

Look at custom water bottle wraps if you will be serving water in bottles at www.sarahs-seasonings.com. They do them very reasonable!

see if you can get friends to help out with fixing food. my sister and i just did our nieces food for her wedding and for 300 plus guest we spent a total of around 1000.00 and plenty of food left over and we had friends to serve the guest first and then after everyone was served, people could go back and serve themselves. had so much left over that we donated to a homeless shelter and they was excited to recieve enough food to feed people for the day
