Do you think having a Pit BBQ on site at your event is more interesting than just having the food brought in? We would really appreciate your thoughts. https://www.facebook.com/HaloBbqAndCateringwww.halobbq.com

BBQ's are great fun. Instead of all the formal wedding stuff, people can drink beer and pick bones!

It depends on the size and scope of your wedding. If it's a small wedding with a casual atmosphere, sure why not. However, I would suggest cooking the hog where it cannot be seen. You don't want your wedding to have the look and feel of a family reunion or company picnic.

Thanks all of you! What about just regular Brisket, Ribs or Chicken?
