I need to find a room where I can do the party, the party is already planned it for this sunday 24th at 4pm at outdoor place, just check the weather and we have 40% posibility to rain, don't want to take the chance.
Someone knows where I can rent a room. Will be for 36 adults and 28 kids.

You might want to call around to area hotels to see if any of them have good prices for a pool party. Often, these establishments will rent out their pool area for an hour or two, and include a room for opening presents.
