for planners, including advanced search tools and the ability to export venue lists.

With the upgrade, planners now have added control over geographic search capabilities,
enabling selection of venues that might not have appeared under a standard search.
The advanced search tool allows a venue search to be based on: state, city, metro
area, venue type, number of attendees, square footage, and availability of venue
images.

Once a list of vendors is compiled, the new export feature allows planners to save
and download the list. The planner then has the luxury of referring to the list
later in the event planning process to aid in venue selection. The export feature
allows for complete data and contact information to be downloaded, including: venue
name, address, phone and fax number, email address, website url, maximum capacity
and square footage.

The new export feature is also available for Eventective's 40,000 vendor listings,
enabling planners to download a list of preferred vendors including those offering
catering, photography, and disc-jockey services.

To export a list, the planners simply conduct their venue search based on specific
criteria and then select the "export results" button on the right of the page.
For a cost of $0.25 - $0.50 per venue, planners can export results into a pdf or
excel format for later use in the event planning process.
