Hi, i am looking for a reception venue in windsor, canada which is inexpensive. any suggestions?

i am fine with anywhere in windsor but if it is close to university of windsor, it will be of little help.

thank you! the places we call usually dont allow outside catering & the one that allow caterings r usually booked. your help will be very much appreciated.
