 8/28/2011 | | "Affordable and Quality Event Vendor", An Eventective User from Milwaukee, WI | | Recently I was in charge of coordinating an event for the regional insurance directors in the Midwest area. The event was going to be a rewards ceremony for top sales performances. I really had no previous experience in event coordinating so I sought out the help of Amazing Moments LLC in Milwaukee, WI. The staff was extremely down to earth and friendly with me throughout the whole process. I met them at their offices and described the type of event I was looking to create. They completely guided me to my exact needs. Also, I was working within a tight budget and they provided me with quality service for an extremely affordable price. They helped me design and coordinate the entire event from seating arrangements to what type of decor we would use to make the event exciting. Also, they provided video and photography services so everyone could remember this special event of the year. The night of the event their staff was very well prepared and everything was completed on time. They included staff on site throughout the whole event in case of any problem or concern. This was very helpful, because on the night of the event I had other obligations and wasn't able to worry about problems that could occur throughout the event. This particular event vendor was very well qualified and really assisted an individual, like myself, who wasn't familiar with coordinating large events like the one that was going to occur. All in all, I would highly recommend Amazing Moments LLC to coordinate and plan any major event. |
